“There’s no mistaking what you’ll get in this place as Stephen’s photos and description are generously exacting. It’s an oasis in a mixed neighborhood — I walked downtown one night and over to the Y the next morning, and back both times; some parts sketchy — and Stephen’s is certainly among the most cared for of houses. His guest house — a renovated garage, obviously — is set apart, quiet and comfy. Great amenities! Mini-signage, for just about everything, is as prominent as hangers are rare; he’s provided plenty of other stuff to read, if you like, and there’s a huge, wall-mounted TV and a surround-sound stereo, too. The yard is small but impeccably manicured. Stephen’s is a great place and he’s a prompt, thorough communicator. If I were in the area again, I’d certainly stay there.”

“This place was amazing! I stay in quite a few Airbnb’s for work and I would have to say this was probably one of the best places I’ve stayed. Quiet neighborhood, check...Nice shower with decent water pressure...check...comfy bed...check...instructions and labeling on things... check...snacks and drinks...check.
